Uploading a source file to packages.macports.org

Folks,

I am going to add a new port in the ‘gis’ category. However, at this point in time, the source code is not available for download through a direct link. I was therefore wondering if it were possible to upload it to packages.macports.org so that the Portfile could download it directly from our main repository?
