Neither curl / curl-ca-bundle ports include mk-ca-bundle.pl

At least the man page and docs for this script are already being
installed by curl:

$ port contents curl |grep mk-ca-bundle
  /opt/local/share/doc/curl/html/mk-ca-bundle.html
  /opt/local/share/doc/curl/pdf/mk-ca-bundle.pdf
  /opt/local/share/man/man1/mk-ca-bundle.1.gz
