It looks like you're explicitly setting master_sites. My intention is that the new defaults would not take effect in this case.

I will probably do this in a python-1.1 portgroup, so ports can opt-in as they are tested. We'd already have to edit most of the ports to take advantage of the new defaults, so this is not additional work.
