This has been implemented in released in 2.3.5 already, so there's no
flux and we get to keep what we currently have.

There is no ambiguity since there are no email addresses without
localparts and email addresses are usually stored obfuscated in
Portfiles.
The output does not contain the @ symbol.

The average user will want to file bugs and assign them correctly in
Trac, which now uses the GitHub usernames.

That's exactly what's going to happen, even though we're putting
separate maintainers on separate lines (in some output verbosity
levels).
