haskell base library >= 4.8 ?

thanks. I emailed without enough trac checking - thanks for reminding me about that ticket. I can see all the work involved.

I think we might get around the hedgewars issue using the haskell we have. I think we have > version 4.8 now, anyway (hard to say -- the versioning appears to have changed, and ours says 2014.something.)
