Thank you for pointing this out.
I have opened a pull request that hopefully solve the problem
(https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/4269).
I have also added a comment to the isl port
(https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/commit/1b5360823434eae6d46e8162f234919e1decf236).
