 So, on my Debian system, the `flock` command is provided by the `util-
 linux` package, version "2.20.1-5.3".

 On MacPorts, we have a `util-linux` version "2.22.2_0" (more recent), but
 it doesn't have the command. Would this just be a matter of tweaking the
 util-linux package's options to include the binary?
