 About wxWidgets versions/variants: I would suggest to provide a single
 port with two experimental '''variants'''. There is no need for a separate
 devel/experimental port.

 Then just make sure that your favourite variant works as expected (that
 would probably be `wxgtk28`) and gets selected by default. You don't need
 to worry about 100% proper functionality of the variant
 `wxwidgets30/wxgtk30`. Just put them there and you might find someone
 willing to investigate the remaining problems.
