 No, the point here is to allow either ffmpeg or ffmpeg-devel to satisfy
 the dependency, default is ffmpeg.  This is the normal way of doing this.
 All dependencies for ffmpeg should be of this form. See dependencies for
 glib2 as another common example.

 It has been.  These two ports only need a revbump after moving to ffmpeg
 3.0.
