 I've noticed that i686-w64-mingw32-gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc binaries are
 not compiling for anything below 10.10 accoring to
 https://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/gcc-11/changes.html a newer compiler is
 required.

 Not opened a pull-request as I'm not sure the best way to handle this.
