Thanks. I'm actually trying this. After checking for dependencies. It
is building gtk2 now, but did not attempt to build atk. I do however
see at several instances during the build:
configure: error:
*** Cannot link to Accessibility Toolkit.
Accessibility Toolkit is required
*** to build GTK+
Error: Target com.apple.configure returned: configure failure: shell
command "cd "/opt/local/var/db/dports/build/
_opt_local_var_db_dports_sources_rsync.rsync.darwinports.org_dpupdate_dp
orts_x11_gtk2/work/gtk+-2.10.3" && LDFLAGS="-L/opt/local/lib -
lpango-1.0" CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/local/include -no-cpp-precomp -
DX_LOCALE" CFLAGS="-O3 -funroll-loops -fstrict-aliasing" ./configure
--prefix=/opt/local --disable-shm --disable-gtk-doc --with-included-
loaders --mandir=/opt/local/share/man" returned error 1
