libiconv installation failure

Hi,

I want to apologize if this is a FAQ, but I am new to Darwin ports.

I have a problem installing libiconv:

> sudo port install libiconv

I am running

MacPorts 1.320

On Mac OS 10.3  Darwin Kernel Version 7.9.0

Any idea what is going on?
