ion3 upgrade failed

Hi Joerg!

I bumped ion3 some time ago to the latest-and-greatest (3rc-20070608). 
Just selfupdate and try reinstalling it (to be sure, clean it before).

As for the libiconv problem, I'll let someone more knowledgeable than me 
on that port speak.
