license questions

What are the rules on macPorts packages with respect to the original  
licenses? Is it ok to create a package for software with the  
following license?
   http://www.cmbi.ru.nl/molden/CopyRight.html

I would obviously add this information to the long description, but I  
am not really sure how to deal with this in general?
