mp4v2 failed to compile

Hi,

There is a bugfix for this and it is also filed as a bug.

http://trac.macports.org/ticket/21007

The patch works just fine (last post tells it correctly). I had to apply it
on a Tiger G5 of a frined of mine last weekend.
