Yes.  Another *Mac* without MacPorts installed.  Darwin / OSX Mach-O
executables won't run on Linux, and Linux ELF executables won't run on
Darwin or OSX, regardless of whether MacPorts is involved or not.  This is
what the RPM dependency means.
