unclear message from MacPorts

IHey all,

this morning i did a :
zsh-% sudo port upgrade outdated

and i get the following message :

# sudo launchctl load -w

i think i do not have to do both :

% sudo launchctl load -w
/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.freedesktop.dbus-system.plist
% launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist

but rather only :
% sudo launchctl load -w
/Library/LaunchDaemons/org.freedesktop.dbus-system.plist

?
