This shows you have pango installed with the +x11 variant (this is the default).

This shows MacPorts is trying to rebuild pango with the +x11 and +no_x11 variants. That won't work; they conflict with one another. This could happen if you requested +no_x11 on the command line, but since it's MacPorts automatically rebuilding things, I'm guessing it's rather that you added +no_x11 to your variants.conf file? The decision about whether to use x11 or quartz ideally needs to be made before you've installed any ports, because it's difficult to go back later and discern which of your installed ports care about the distinction.
