Macports and Octave packages

Hey Jerry!
Unfortunately the octave add-on packages are not working correctly right now. This is due to some changes that the octave guys did when handling add-ons with the newer versions. I'm working on fixing them, but I'm running a little low on time. I hope I'll get them up and running in December.
