OpenSSH HPN currently on hiatus?

Hey all,
I've been running openssh including the HPN variant. As of 6.2p1 (latest version) that no longer seems to exist however, although the variant is still listed as an option. An upgrade or install attempt simply fails with a 404 Not Found for all resources (trimmed log attached has the full list) and checking them in a browser confirms the URLs don't exist. This is separate from Ticket #38824, which reports a build failure I didn't see for 6.1p1. I checked the HPN-SSH project page (http://www.psc.edu/index.php/hpn-ssh), and it looks like there just aren't patches for 6.2p1, the latest HPN is still hpn13 v14.
They've been writing for a while that the project is no longer funded so there have been significant delays, and so far it doesn't seem to have made it to sourceforge/googlecode/github either unless I'm missing something. Does anyone know what the status is? 6.2 was March 22, so it's approaching 3 months behind.
