This message is not related to the cmake build failure.

Some ports blacklist clang. Those ports will display this message on Yosemite, since clang is the only available compiler. You can file tickets for these ports; perhaps we can find a way to fix their code to make them work with clang, or perhaps new versions have already been released by their developers that fix this problem.
