Xcode command-line tools 11.0 yet macOS 10.14.5 & MacPorts 2.5.4?

I did _not_ do the update,and now when I check System Preferences > Software Update it says I’m up-to-date. 

So does sound like a glitch at Apple’s end, due to yesterday’s relase of the macOS 10.15 beta.
