Install gimp-resynthesizer

Hi,

The resynthesizer plug-in only works with the intel version of GIMP and
only with version 2.10.32 or lower and you will also have to overcome
gatekeeper which will try to stop you using it.

There are unfortunately a few things getting in the way of fixing this (I
spent some time looking for a solution but didn’t find one).

There are videos on YouTube on how to install it.
